13 January we celebrate the Freedom Defenders’ Day. In 1991, on this day, the citizens of Lithuania had proven that the desire for Freedom and Independence is stronger than aggression and brutality of the enemy. By resisting the Soviet authorities, Lithuania has obtained the right to live in freedom. Let us cherish our Freedom and not forget the heroes who fought for it.
