• Participates in the development of VU Library’s scholarly information and communication strategy
• Participates in the establishment of VU Library’s digital library and electronic services policy
• Creates and implements VU Library’s scholarly communication measures and services in line with the University’s scientific and study-related needs
• Ensures application, installation, support and development of advanced technologies and methodological solutions in the informational infrastructure of the Library and other ongoing scholarly communication processes
• Contributes to the enhancement of the Library’s visibility in the fields of scholarly communication, digital academic library, creation of information systems and services
