collect, systematize and store material related to life, work and activities of Adam Mickiewicz;
- organize permanent and temporary thematic exhibitions;
- organize high quality guided tours to the visitors;
- provide methodical support to various institutions and private persons who show interest in Adam Mickiewicz‘s work and personality;
- carry out a wide range of cultural and educational activities: organize poetry evenings, poetry contests, seminars, conferences, book presentations, meetings with eminent figures of Lithuanian and Polish culture, art and politics;
- prepare publications about the life and work of Adam Mickiewicz as well as the activities of the Museum.
