develop public relations with governmental and non-governmental organizations, public information organizers and distributors, supply them with the information about the Library activities;
- organize various activities of the Library: projects, press conferences, and etc.;
- coordinate preparation and publishing of the information about the Library;
- initiate the preparation of different public, educational, cultural projects and coordinate their implementation;
- contribute to advancement of the Library staff’s competence and qualification;
- maintain internal and external communication;
- administer historical guided tours around the old campus of Vilnius University;
- be in charge of shaping the public image of the Library.
