Consultations take place via Microsoft Teams. Available consultation times will be displayed once the registration process is initiated. The default duration of a consultation is 30 minutes.
Questions asked through the contact form will be answered within 1–5 working days, the waiting time depending on the complexity of the query.

- Open Access (questions related to VU and funding agencies’ open access requirements, licensing of open access content, APC discounts, and predatory journals)
- Scientometrics (questions related to research assessment, publication citation indicators, and compilation of lists of publications indexed in Web of Science (WoS) and/or Scopus)
- Research Data Management (questions related to National Open Access Research Data Archive (MIDAS), data management plans, data processing, data storage, use of personal data for research purposes, data sharing mandates of funding agencies or publishers, implementation of the FAIR principles)
- Citizen Science (questions related to the initiation and management of citizen science projects)
- Legal regulation of Open Science (questions related to legal regulation of open science at Vilnius University and other organisations)
- eLABa (questions related to registration of publications in eLABa and eLABa system performance)
