Some of the most important things that VU Library aims to provide are services that meet the needs of all its users, comfortable and user-friendly environment and qualified informational support. In striving to get to know its users better and satisfy their expectations as well as ensure library services of even higher quality, the opinion on the quality and the variety of the provided services is of the utmost importance. Therefore, we kindly ask all users of the library to fill in a LibQUAL questionnaire and share their opinions on what improvements are necessary for VU Library and their view on provided services – starting from the scope of resources, quality of the service and ending with offered study spaces and atmosphere. By sharing your views, you will help the library to improve and create the space where every member of our community would feel comfortable.
Besides that, the respondents of the survey will be participating in an exciting game – on 10 December the Library will give as a present an ebook reader Amazon Kindle Paperwhite 4 8GB to as many as three randomly selected respondents. The slim ebook reader of modern design that is waterproof, with built-in adjustable light allowing to read day and night and lasting weeks with a single battery charge, will make reading even more easy and enjoyable.

LibQUAL is an international data collection tool used in various parts of the world which helps find out the users’ expectations, compare inter-institutional data and establish the best practices of the library services and adopt them in our organization.
