Tell us what to digitise

Vilnius University Library is one of the 15 partners of the EODOPEN project which aims to digitize 15,000 books in 11 European countries. The participating libraries will mostly focus on books from 20th and 21st centuries that have been difficult or impossible to access due to copyright restrictions. By means of specifying the copyrights of the authors and applying for permissions needed for digitising their works, the libraries work together to open up hidden knowledge.

VU Library is looking forward to your suggestions: which Lithuanian authors' works would you want to access in the digitised format? We are looking to hear from school teachers, university professors, students, as well as from individuals and organisations engaged in studying different topics. Let us know about your needs by filling in the form below or by writing to us at .

You can choose to fill either of the fields; if you have no specific title, fill in the topic.

NB: the questions of copyright are likely to arise with each book we would set out to digitise. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to digitize each and every of the suggested books. However, we will be working on copyright issues in hope to find favourable solutions for as many suggested books as possible.
